General Admission Ticket Procedures
For the safety of all guests, overnight camping or early line-up on Benchmark International Arena property is strictly prohibited prior to 7:00 AM, in accordance with City of Tampa regulations.
Guests with General Admission Floor tickets may begin lining up at the designated Ashley VIP Lounge Entry, which will serve as the exclusive entrance for General Admission tickets
If you have purchased a VIP Package, you will enter through the Premium Entry. Please disregard the above information and follow the specific instructions provided by your VIP Package representative via email.
