Ticket Information

Tickets for games, concerts and events can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com or the ReliaQuest Ticket Office. All tickets will be mobile only.

Located on the west side of the arena, the ticket office accepts payment in the form of VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

We have implemented cashless payment at all arena-managed retail and concession locations, mobile ordering for select concessions, and express food and beverage pickup. Please note, concert merchandise sales may not be cashless.

There are no refunds and no exchanges on any ticket purchased for a concert, game or event at Benchmark International Arena. In the event that a show is canceled or rescheduled, please contact the original point of purchase.
