Parking

For the quickest arrival and departure, we suggest the following parking garages and lots. You can pay to park as you arrive at most. First come, first served. All parking garages and lots accept card payments only. We recommend purchasing parking ahead of your event at ParkWhiz.com.

Arriving from the North or West (i.e. Pasco)

Teal Lot

  • 0.1 mile (3 minute) walk to Benchmark International Arena
  • Located off of S. Morgan St. and Eunice St.

Foundation 2 Lot

  • 0.2 mile (4 minute) walk to Benchmark International Arena
  • Located on N. Jefferson St. and E. Brorein St.

Arriving from the West (i.e. Pinellas)

Tampa Convention Center Garage

  • 0.3 mile (6 minute) walk to Benchmark International Arena
  • Located off of S. Tampa St and E. Brorein St.

Pink Lot

  • 0.4 mile (7 minute) walk to Benchmark International Arena
  • Located off of Morgan St. and Bell St. OR Florida Ave. and Cumberland Ave. (Two entrances)

Fort Brooke Garage

  • 0.4 mile (7 minute) walk to Benchmark International Arena
  • or hop on the TECO Streetcar for a free ride up to Benchmark International Arena
  • Located on Whiting St. inbetween Florida Ave. and Franklin St.

Whiting Garage

  • 0.3 mile (6 minute) walk to Benchmark International Arena
  • Located at the southwest corner of Whiting St. and S Morgan St.
  • Due to garage clearance restrictions, vehicles must be able to pass through a 6'8" clearance. Motorcycles are not allowed in the Whiting Street Garage.

Arriving from the South (i.e. South Tampa)

Pam Iorio Parking Garage

  • 0.1 mile (3 minute) walk to Benchmark International Arena
  • Located at Channelside Dr. and S Florida Ave./S Morgan St. (two entrances)

Foundation 1 Lot

  • 0.2 mile (4 minute) walk to Benchmark International Arena
  • Located on E. Brorein St. and S Morgan St.

Arriving from the East (i.e. North Tampa, Orlando)

Channelside Parking Garage

  • 0.3 mile (7 minute) walk to Benchmark International Arena
  • or hop on the TECO Streetcar for a free ride up to Benchmark International Arena
  • Located on E. Cumberland Ave. and S 12th St.

Florida Aquarium Lot

  • 0.4 mile (9 minute) walk to Benchmark International Arena
  • or hop on the TECO Streetcar for a free ride up to Benchmark International Arena
  • Located on east side of Channelside Dr. traffic circle, south side of the Aquarium Lot

Suite Holder Parking

Garrison Street Lot (suite holder parking ONLY)

  • 0.3 mile (7 minute) walk to Benchmark International Arena
  • Located south of S 12th St. off of Channelside Dr.

ADA Parking

Benchmark International Arena does not control any parking in the downtown area, however, there are several convenient parking locations nearby. While all surrounding lots have disabled parking, the most convenient location is the Pam Iorio Parking Garage. This garage is operated by the City of Tampa and is located at the corner of Channelside Dr. and Florida Ave. and includes elevator access throughout.

Disabled guests are encouraged to enter via the Florida Ave. entrance.

There is an accessible drop off area located off Channelside Drive in the drop-off circle and is adjacent to the Accessible Entrance. In the event that you choose to be dropped off and need assistance entering the building, we have free wheelchair service manned by our staff. Just ask anyone with an Benchmark International Arena name tag or any Tampa Police Officer to request the wheelchair for you. It will be brought to you and you will be escorted to your seats at no charge.
