Show Day Line Up Procedures
- Stay hydrated – drink plenty of water throughout the day
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight
- Stay indoors in air-conditioned areas as long as possible before arena doors open
Line Up Procedures – Soundcheck VIP Package
For your safety, overnight camping or early line-up on Benchmark International Arena property is not permitted before 7:00 AM, in accordance with City of Tampa ordinances.
Guests who have a Soundcheck VIP Package ticket may begin lining up at 7:00 AM at the Main Staircase on Ford Thunder Alley.
Additional VIP instructions will be sent via email by VIP Nation 3–5 days prior to the event.
Please note:
- A valid photo ID matching the name of the original purchaser is required at check-in.
Check-In starts at 1:30 PM at the bottom of the Grand Staircase on Ford Thunder Alley Plaza. After check-in, we advise you to leave and return at 4:00 PM for Early VIP door times.
Line Up Procedures for Concert Club Tickets
For your safety, overnight camping or early line-ups on Benchmark International Arena property are not allowed before 7:00 AM in accordance with City of Tampa ordinances.
Starting at 7:00 AM, guests with both a Concert Club Ticket and a Show Ticket may begin lining up at the Ashley VIP Lounge Entry.
If you're part of the VIP Package and hold a Concert Club ticket, you will stay inside the venue after soundcheck and follow directions to enter the Ashley VIP Lounge from within the bowl.
Please note: The Concert Club doors will open at the same time as all doors. All doors are scheduled between 60-90 minutes before the ticketed start time.

Cameras with professional detachable lenses
SD card readers
Professional or non-mobile phone video recorders
Professional recording equipment GoPros or selfie sticks
Glow sticks (artist-approved light-up sticks are allowed)
Balloons (inflated or deflated)
Outside food or beverages (including candy)
Bag Policy: Clear bags are not required. However, all bags must be no larger than 12" x 12" x 12". Smaller bags are permitted.

Please note, you MUST have a ticket to this event to purchase a ticket for Concert Club. This is an add-on package, not a ticket to the event.
