General Admission Ticket Procedures

For your safety, there will be no overnight camping or early line up on Benchmark International Arena property before 7:00am.

Beginning at 10:00am, Benchmark International Arena staff will begin handing out a numbered wristband to indicate your place in line at the Ashley VIP Entrance. Guests that receive a numbered wristband do not need to stay on site all day and are strongly encouraged to leave and come back at 5:00pm. Fans must show their General Admission Floor ticket to receive a wristband (no screenshots) and guests may notpick up a wristband for anyone else. The number on your wristband indicates your place in line. GA Wristbanding will conclude at 1:30pm. 

At 5:00pm, General Admission ticketholders will line up in numerical order outside of the Ashley VIP Lounge Entry Doors. 

If you do not receive a numbered wristband, please wait until 6:00pm to line up behind guests with numbered wristbands, in order of arrival. Please note that this will be the only entry point for GA Floor ticketed guests, as wristbands must be obtained at this location.

GA Doors may open before scheduled show doors. If you return after your number has entered, you will proceed to the back of the line.

If you have purchased an early entry VIP Package, you DO NOT need to get a numbered wristband as your VIP Package has alternate entry procedures. Please be on the lookout for an email regarding your VIP Package for more information.

Bag Policy

Bags larger than 12x12x12" are prohibited at Benchmark International Arena. Large bags (not including small clutches) are required to go through an x-ray scanner prior to entry. Medical and parenting bags exceeding these sizes are permitted but are subject to additional search procedures.

Keep in mind that Benchmark International Arena will utilize a variety of search techniques at all entry points. Thank you for your cooperation. Subject to change depending on the visiting concert or event's policies.

Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be brought into Benchmark International Arena events:

For all concerts and events, small "point and click" cameras are permitted, and all other cameras are prohibited. Video and audio recording devices and camera bags are also prohibited.

Binoculars are permitted. Binocular bags are not permitted.

Bottles, cans, or, containers of any kind

Sharp objects, sticks, or poles of any kind

Fireworks

Pepper spray or mace

Food or beverage items

Drugs or controlled substances

Chairs, folding chairs or any other type of individual chair for use

Wrapped gifts

Large banners or signs, banners or signs with objectionable language banners, or signs on a pole of any kind

Noisemakers and horns

Wallet chains and long chains/sharp spikes
